1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed promptly. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are typically issued via Bank Transfer or mobile wallet within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you. Please reach out to our team to arrange a swift exchange.
